Almost no one has managed to unlock the secret ending in the superhero title Dispatch, studio AdHoc Studio reported in comments to Eurogamer. The developers said that what players and the team call “endings” in Dispatch are not extra cutscenes but a final statistics screen that determines the protagonist’s resulting portrait and classification.
According to AdHoc Studio, the game contains four possible final portraits for the main character, Robert. Players have so far discovered only three of those outcomes. The elusive fourth variant is tied to an extremely strict requirement: a flawless run through every mission in the game. That perfect completion condition appears to be what prevents most users from seeing the secret portrait.
The developers added that, based on their in-house telemetry and statistics, no user has yet been recorded as obtaining the secret ending. They did caution, however, that a software bug might be at play — it is possible that some players who actually fulfilled the conditions were not registered by the tracking system and therefore are not reflected in the studio’s data.
Dispatch launched on October 22, 2025, on PC via the Steam digital storefront and on the PlayStation 5 console. The title is officially available for sale in Russia.
