Professional Dota 2 player Nikita Kuzmin, known as Daxak, remarked on recent roster changes at Aurora Gaming during a livestream; a clip of his comments was later shared in the LEGENDWP DOTA 2 Telegram channel. He addressed the team’s decision to bring in Chung “Ws” Wei Shen and Oleg “Kaori” Medvedok and gave a brief assessment of both newcomers.
About the new additions, Daxak said that Ws is a very intense, try‑hard player and implied that his energy can be a strong point. Of Kaori he noted that, provided the player doesn’t fall into tilt or cause teammates to tilt, he performs solidly — in other words, Kaori plays normally when mentally stable.
The organization announced the signings of Ws and Kaori on January 8. They replaced Alexander “TORONTOTOKYO” Hertek and Chan “Oli” Chong Kin, who left the roster on January 7. Aurora also reported that Hertek opted to take a break from the pro scene for roughly two to three months.
Daxak’s remarks were presented as a quick, informal evaluation rather than a detailed tactical analysis, offering a glimpse of how peers view the incoming players and the team’s short‑term prospects following the lineup change.
